Getting Started

Create an Account

Visit our platform and click "Register". Fill in your personal details including your name, email, and phone number with country code.

Email verification is mandatory for all accounts. Unverified accounts have limited access to platform features.

How to Verify Your Email

  1. After registration, check your email inbox for a verification message
  2. Click the "Verify Email Address" button in the email
  3. You will be redirected to the platform with a success message
  4. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder
  5. You can request a new verification link from your dashboard

Use our advanced search and filter options to find schools that match your needs:

Transfer Requests

If you're transferring from another school, use the Transfer Form to submit your request. The process is similar to new applications but requires additional information about your current school.

Registering Your School

Register as a school administrator

Managing Applications

From your dashboard, you can:

  • View all received applications and transfer requests

Fee Management

Set dynamic fees for applications and transfers per academic year. Fees can be updated at any time but will only apply to new applications.

Wallet Management

Access your school's e-wallet to:

  • View transaction history
  • Check current balance
  • Withdraw funds to your bank account or mobile money

KYC Verification

Security Requirement

All schools must complete KYC verification before being approved and visible on the platform. This ensures legitimacy and protects users from scams.

Personal Identification

National ID, Passport, or Driving License with expiry date

Business Registration

Business registration certificate with registration number and date

Tax Information

Tax Identification Number (TIN) and tax registration document

School License

School operating license with license number and expiry date

Address Proof

Document proving school address (utility bill, lease agreement, etc.)

Verification Process

1. Pending Documents submitted, awaiting review
2. Under Review Administrators are reviewing your documents
3. Approved KYC verified, school eligible for approval
4. Rejected Documents rejected, reason provided for resubmission

Payments & E-Wallet

Payment Integration

We use Onepay for secure payment processing. Features include:

  • Support for mobile money (M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, Airtel Money)
  • Bank transfer options
  • Instant payment confirmation
  • Automatic transaction fee calculation (5% per transaction)
  • Secure payment references and tracking

E-Wallet System

Each user has an e-wallet for managing funds:

Top Up Your Wallet

Add funds to your wallet using Onepay. Funds are available immediately after successful payment.

Withdraw Funds

Withdraw funds to your preferred mobile money or bank account anytime. Withdrawal requests are processed within 1-3 business days.

Transaction History

View all your transactions with details including date, amount, fee, and status.

Transaction Fees

Note: Onepay deducts a 5% transaction fee on all payments. This fee is automatically calculated and deducted from the payment amount. The net amount is credited to your wallet.

A: KYC verification typically takes 3-5 business days. You will receive email notifications at each stage of the process.

Q: Can I edit my application after submission?

A: Applications cannot be edited after submission. However, you can contact the school directly if you need to make changes.

Q: How do I withdraw funds from my wallet?

A: Go to your wallet dashboard, click "Withdraw", select your preferred withdrawal method, and enter the details. Withdrawals are processed within 1-3 business days.

Q: What happens if my payment fails?

A: If a payment fails, you can retry the payment. Your application will remain in "Pending Payment" status until successful payment is received.

Q: Is my personal information secure?

A: Yes, we use industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your data. KYC documents are stored securely and only accessible to authorized personnel.

Q: Can I apply to multiple schools?

A: Yes, you can submit applications to multiple schools. Each application requires separate payment of the respective school's application fee.
